All the outer layers of the red raw rice is removed from polishing after dehusking to get white raw rice
SAMBA

KEERI SAMBA
The grains are smaller and tastier than other samba rice. Keeri samba is gluten free and non sticky

Medium-long grain with a GI value of about 40. Red in Colour. The thin brown layer, which is not milled or partly milled gives the red colour
